Be thankful for what you already have, while you pursue everything you want.

My friend Anya, she's an expert in mindfulness This is a tattoo one of my closest friends has. I really love it and I believe it's something we could all remind ourselves of when we are taking things for granted. One thing I've been working on is taking experiences for granted. Before I started taking care of my mental health, I would be selfish and kind of 'ruin' perfectly fine situations because something offended me or didn't go right. Another thing I absolutely take for granted is my health. I am lucky to not have much wrong with me but lately I've not been exercising and eating absolute garbage, and have gained the weight to prove it. I stopped smoking, but now I vape instead and I'm not sure it's any better for me, or makes me look any cooler. Myself, my boyfriend, Anya and some others at Katsucon this year.
